The Student Admission and Service Personnel will process all the documents that you submitted to us and will provide you a schedule for your interview and entrance examination. We encourage you to provide the original documents together with your Application for Admission.

If you came from other places in the country, we encourage that you fill-up our on-line eReservation system to obtain seat on your planned training schedule. If you don’t have any access to the internet, then you may request some brochures or fact sheet to be guided accordingly on the enrollment process.
The interview and entrance examination for the Professional Pilot Program and AMT Course is to ensure if the student applicant has definite interest, right character, and aptitude for the course he/she is planning to take. Other short-term courses Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, Multi-Engine, and Spins & Upset Recovery Training do not require any interview and entrance examinations.
International Students
International students are encouraged to fill-up our on-line eReservation system to obtain seat on their planned training schedule. The Student Admission and Service Personnel will assist you on all documents you need in order to obtain a Philippine Temporary Visitor’s Visa. You may send a photo copy or scanned copy of the required documents through courier or email.

Transferee
If you came from other schools and wanted to transfer or take additional courses with us, the documents listed hereunder are required for evaluation and verification.
Students who have previous aviation background will be evaluated to determine their performance and progress from the previous school. The academy reserves the right to credit or reject the previous experience based on the evaluation conducted to the applicant.

Payments
Payments shall be made in full prior the commencement of the training. Less than full payment may be accepted with the advance coordination from our Finance Manager.
Payments shall be made either in cash, wire transfer, or manager’s check. Check payments must be cleared in the school’s account prior to training. All payments must be made in US Dollar or Philippine currency.
eReservation
The eReservation System will help you plan and calculate the necessary costs of your training. You may complete the fields and submit it on-line to attain a seat reservation on your intended date of training. You may also include additional training or services that you need such as flying time requirements, food, housing, or career enhancement services. Should you need further assistance or clarification you may use the Live Chat to get a prompt response.
