Air Traffic Controllers are individuals working at the airport control tower ensuring safe and orderly flow of air traffic within the airspace system.  They are the men and women behind the scene that guides private or commercial flights to keep safe distances with each other, direct them during takeoff and landing, guide them around bad weather, provide assistance during emergencies, and ensure that air traffic flow smoothly with minimal delays.
